Judging from the anatomy, the size and weight of its skull, and the short tail and fins will make the fish immobile.

Where on earth did you get that picture?
Why does it have molars?

There is no relationship between the size of its head and overall body size; Its got to be a fake picture. Looks like a mammals head with a fish body.

The pic is real. The "fish" was made by an artist using a babon skull. Seem to remember him being French or Belgian
