Let me know if you spot any funnies... (besides Zoom)
The changes are mostly bug fixes and backend stuff to do with customizing styles. (It used to be ok in vb3 and they made it a nightmare in vb4, now they hopefully fixed that)

The mention tag thingy not working in tapatalk. When you open a thread it shows [mention]name [/mention...
The grammar check does not work at all on mobile platform so here I will go Nazi lol
On my home page, beneath rep points, where the little green bars used to show... it now says "array"

Also noticed that one.... Other change is that when you click on a thumbnail picture,you now need to physically click the Close button - cant just click off photo or roll your mousewheel....
Paragraphs are not being broken up on tapatalk either. Everyone's posts are extremely long and laborious to read now.
This upgrade has more bugs than it fixed.

On the PM system all the names appear as Array. Also, the page is REALLY wide, on all pages. You can scroll right for ages...

This upgrade is pure garbage. Did the people from vbulletin even test it? Or were they just making themselves look busy by writing twak upgrades in order to keep their jobs.

Viewing the pages on my Ipad has become a nightmare. I use to just scroll down the home page, now the complete home page appears and you have to zoom in to be able to read the posts. Don't like this "upgrade" at all. Seems to have more bugs than my back garden.
:sad2: the smilies have gone funny too... & pretty puhlease, can we get a "hats off" smiley?
Kuhli Loach were you perhaps on the mobile theme before and now on the full theme? You can switch to mobile at the bottom left.
Re the "Array" issue I'll have to fiddle with each respective template.
Tapatalk issues - I upgraded tapatalk as well. I will probably roll back to a previous version of tapatalk on the server.

Are you using IE9 Vez?
Yes the Array in the PM's is fixed. It was caused by the "PM Preview" plugin that shows you the first bit of text in the pm. The problem is that the templates for the plugin were made for an older version of vB so if I disabled the plugin then they would use the normal templates but then there's no preview. I updated the templates from the PM Preview plugin so now it's all hunky dory again.
The whole homepage is generated by a plugin called vba cmps. I upgraded that and the Array thing is fixed. Not sure whats going on with the online users bit though.

Tapatalk seems fixed. Rolled back to 3.2...
Rory I'm also using my IPad and need to zoom in every time I go online or to a next page. Before the upgrade it used to be full screen and now it is only showing on the left side.

and the size is out, when i reply, the view is in the middle, then i have to click and drag back to the left..

When I use my galaxy tablet now to view the full website it loads very small for some reason and I have to zoom in on every page to read anything. Never did this before.
Charlie... when you load TASA next time... scroll right down to the bottom. There's a drop down menu where you can select TASA or Mobile. Select Mobile.. it should fix it.
Alternately, get a program called TapaTalk from the Market. Once you have used this you will NEVER use the galaxy browser again for forum work.

Zoom, ok great! Have been toying with the idea of getting Tapatalk but wasnt sure if it was worth buying it seems very popular so I must just get it.

Ok the really wide screen issue seems to be fixed. This should make it appear the right size on tablets now.

While you are digging around in the internals, how about a shortcut to Subscribed Threads on the Home page, like under Quick Links on the Forum page?

The Forum seems to not be allowing me to type in paragraphs anymore. (PUSH ENTER TWICE NOW)
It is doing this on Tapatalk to (PUSH ENTER TWICE NOW)

Head over to the Forum page.... scroll ALL the way to the bottom....there you can see all the fishy nuts that are online... Seems like it just got moved....

BTW Rory... remember we all bragged we had hit two hundred and ninety something members online at once the other day?? That is incorrect. It's counting guests as online instead of just members logged in.

Thought someone should know that the mobile version is pretty buggy, unless it's my phone's browser. I use a Nokia E63 smartphone with Opera browser and was trying to post a forum topic yesterday. I tried on two separate occassions, but every time I hit "submit new thread", I'd get an error that my message was too short (error: your message must be more than 6 characters long), and lo and behold! my entire message had been wiped. This got rather annoying after I'd done it twice, and so I gave up with it and posted the topic today when I had internet access. I can post forum replies just fine though. Anyone experienced a similar problem or is it just me?

Rory, looks like it is an Opera thing. You got me over to Opera, so I hope you find the problem! IE is fine and keep me logged in. I used the 'delete all private data' option under tools, but the problem persists. You will see it includes cookies, cache and a whole lot more. What else can I do?
OK, same browser, different PC, problem gone. So do I un-install Opera and re-install? Will try that if no other option, I have my bookmarks just the way I like them. Or suppose I can export and import again.
Just export and import your bookmarks. And do a reinstall of Opera.
Did you go to "detailed" and see what private data it's deleted? Make sure all cookies and entire cache are checked. Also close any tasa windows when you do it.

Yes, did it the first time allready. Everything checked, except email passwords. Still having the same problem. When I go bak to the Home Page, I am logged out. I have not have time yet to re-install Opera. Will try that later.
