How fast after adding fertilizer to my tank, can i expect results..

Lighting - sorted (15hours)
Substrate - sorted (all plants are planted)
Fertilizer - sorted (Started using today as prescribed)

When can I expect to see REAL rapid growth...

What lighting? 15 hrs is too much for a "normal" planted tank... we work on a general rule of 8 - 10 hrs... you may be risking an algaescape with 15 hrs
What substrate?
What plants?
Which fert?

and what fish?

Agree with Tracy - 15 hours a day will give you a severe algae bloom in no time.... Keep at between 8 - 10 hours a day - more than enough

Ja, to echo Tracy and Azurekoi, if you like algae soup, the go ahead!!

Please can you give us some details on the tank. Size, what substrate, what lighting, what filter and what plants you got?

Please also take some pics of it all!! It will all help us to help you get the most out of your tank.

Patience is the key with plants. I wont rush, or sit, waiting anxiously for the plants to grow. They dont grow if stared at :P
Also, it very much depends on your setup, and what shade of green your fingers are

And and and, don't flood the plants that don't need intense lights, because then you'll be needing CO2 injection etc. (Punny)

yip what they said, and give you tank 2-3weeks to respond before uping anything! unless you are getting casper white new growth..

What lighting? 10 - 15hrs 54w white and blue overhead light.
What substrate? Biggish white stones .5 - 1.5cm
What plants? A variety of moss and a few other locally available plants (all planted out)
Which fert? http://www.gzqingping.com/en/displayproduct.html?proID=100486820 (some strange liquid fertilizer)

Hope this helps... otherwise my tank is generally healthy
